An air dryer works in conjunction with an air compressor and is an essential piece of equipment in a factory’s air system. Compressed air systems do not require water, mist, or moisture to mix with the compressed air. Therefore, they are commonly used in pneumatic systems, including:
Air impact wrenches, air bearings, air cylinders, and air motors. Their function is to reduce water and moisture content in the compressed air system, ensuring clean, moisture-free air before use in the manufacturing process. Air directly from an air compressor is 100% saturated with moisture. This causes the moisture in the air to condense within the air system. When the temperature drops, this dew and moisture can damage the air system within the machine or our products.
Therefore, an air dryer is designed to dry, dehumidify, and remove water from the compressed air system, ensuring complete use.

IRON Air Dryer (Refrigerated Air Dryer)
IRON Air Dryers are designed for heavy-duty industrial applications, from small to large factories. They are easy to install and operate, providing 24-hour continuous operation, even in high-temperature environments. They effectively remove moisture and water from the air, resulting in clean, dry air that is safe for your products. IRON air dryers are available in four models:
- UTA100 (100 HP)
- UTA30 (30 HP)
- UTA50 (50 HP)
- UTA75 (75 HP)
IRON Air Dryer can achieve a dew point as low as 3°C and uses R-410A refrigerant, which is human-friendly, environmentally friendly, and reduces greenhouse gas emissions.

Shell and tube heat exchanger
Heat exchangers are devices for heat transfer. They consist of stacked tubes. The refrigerant moves in the space between the tubes to exchange heat without direct contact. The refrigerant flows in either counter-flow or unidirectional.
The IRON Air Dryer tube heat exchanger is specially designed with high-quality stainless steel and welded to international export standards. The welds have been thoroughly tested for quality, minimizing air loss in the system. The special feature is the nickel-plated copper inner tubes to prevent rust and corrosion and prevent refrigerant leakage.

Monitor Controller
IRON Air Dryer has a large, easy-to-use monitor with a full alarm system. It displays clear digital numbers and accurately displays dew point values. There is a light button to indicate the working status. You can set it up quickly by pressing the up arrow to increase the value of the number and the down arrow to decrease the value. It also has a special function of a light button to warn when there is a problem with the air dryer.
